Maddington Termite Damage Repairs

Extensive termite damage was discovered throughout critical roof components of the client’s home, particularly affecting the carport structure and adjoining roof areas. The damage had compromised the structural integrity of the property and required urgent rectification to restore safety and prevent further deterioration.

Before commencing work, B&P Carpentry conducted a thorough inspection to accurately identify the extent of the damage and tailor the rectification plan to suit the client’s budget and timing preferences. Our goal was to deliver a solution that met the client’s needs without compromising structural integrity.

Following the inspection, we completed a full rebuild of the carport roof frame, including the installation of new beams, joists, rafters, hips, valleys, underpurlins, and struts. Additional repairs included:

Replacing damaged rafters in the lounge room
Repairing ceiling components in the front room
Reinstalling fascias and eave trimmers, ready for new eave sheets
